The package will be activated on the day of the first class, NOT the day of the purchase. Package/ Trial class shall be activated within 1 month after the date of the purchase, cannot be shared or transferred.
Late Cancellation/ Absence Policy
Strict 12-Hours - Group class*
1 credit will be deducted for the regular class package; 5 days suspension of enrollment for unlimited package
Strict 48-Hours - Level 2 class/ Private Class*
1 credit will be deducted
Adverse Weather Conditions
Classes will be on with the Amber & Red rainstorm warning/ Strong wind signal 1 & 3
When Typhoon signal 8 or Black rainstorm warning signal is in force, all classes will be cancelled without credit deduction. However, the classes will be resumed when the signals are cancelled 2 hours early.
During the inclement weather, please pay attention to the notice from Serene Page HK or directly contact us for the class arrangements.
Package Extension
Students can use the expired credit after the purchase of a new package. Students must complete the purchase within a month from ithe expiry date, or the expired credits will be invalid. There is a maximum of 3 rounds of extension.
Class will be canceled in 2 hours earlier if there’s insufficient enrollment.
